Gève Phytogenetics (Pty) Ltd – Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Gève skincare experience. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Unopened Products

If you wish to return unopened products, contact us at admin@geveskincare.com within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order details. To be eligible for a return, products must be:

  • In their original packaging
  • Unopened and unused
  • In a saleable condition

If the return is approved, you must send the products back to us within 7 days of approval, at your own cost.

If the return is due to a change of mind or unsuitability, a refund minus the courier fee will be issued once the returned item is inspected and deemed resellable.


2. Opened Products

For opened products, we require before-and-after photos. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving and using the product.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method after case review and approval.

Each case is handled individually and processed within 3 working days of approval.

To begin the process, email admin@geveskincare.com with:

  • Your order number and contact details
  • Photos (before and after use)
  • A short description of your concern

We will provide return instructions or a return label, if applicable. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.


3. Warehouse & Courier Policy

  • Our warehouse does not accept walk-in returns.
  • Please use a reputable courier service and retain tracking information.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed once products have been received and inspected. A confirmation email will be sent upon refund approval. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

If the return is rejected after inspection, you will be notified via email.


4. Order Cancellations & Modifications

To cancel or change your order, email admin@geveskincare.com immediately. We process orders quickly and may not be able to accommodate last-minute changes, but we will do our best to assist.

  • Individual items cannot be removed from an order once placed.
  • If an order is cancelled, you’ll be notified and refunded accordingly.
  • Shipping address updates must be submitted promptly with your order number and updated details.

5. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Please note the following exclusions:

  • Only products purchased from geveskincare.com are eligible for return.
  • Items bought from other retailers must be returned to them directly.
  • Opened products without required photographic evidence
  • Discounted or bundled items
  • Nearly empty, tampered, or adulterated products
  • Partial returns of sets or kits
  • Damaged items due to customer mishandling
  • Gift cards

6. Damaged or Defective Goods

Inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at admin@geveskincare.com, including clear photos of the issue. Do not discard the product, as we may request it back for quality assurance.


7. Adverse Reactions

Some Gève products contain potent active ingredients designed to support cellular repair and target visible signs of ageing. Mild irritation may occur during the initial use.

We recommend starting with 3 uses per week, gradually increasing based on skin tolerance. If you experience a severe reaction, contact us at admin@geveskincare.com immediately. Our team will assist and, if necessary, escalate the concern to our product specialists.

Refunds for adverse reactions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
