Delivery Information
Gève delivers nationwide to both residential and business addresses across South Africa. Our distribution centre is based in Cape Town, therefore delivery lead times may vary depending on your location.
Shipping Fees
- Standard Shipping — R60
- Priority Shipping — R120
- Free standard shipping on all orders over R900
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Shipping
- Main centres: 1–4 working days
- Regional and outlying areas: 5–7 working days
Priority Shipping
- Main centres: 1–3 working days
- Regional and outlying areas: 3–5 working days
Main centres include Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Gqeberha, and Bloemfontein. All other locations are considered regional or outlying areas.
Please note that deliveries take place on weekdays only. Customers can expect to receive their orders between Monday and Friday. We do not deliver over weekends or public holidays.
Order Processing
Once you place your order and payment has been received, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. As soon as your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch, a second email containing your tracking information will be sent to you.
Tracking Your Order
Customers can use the tracking number provided to track their order directly on the courier’s website.
All orders are shipped directly to your selected delivery address. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel during business hours, Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm.
